Welcome to the website for the Tribunal Office of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee.
The main purpose of our Tribunal is to offer a ministry of healing and reconciliation to those who have experienced a broken marital relationship. Although our Tribunal is delegated by the bishop to perform other functions, the ministry of healing and reconciliation is the one that most affects the people of our diocese. To learn more about the Tribunal, watch our introductory video below.
In addition to processing Marriage Nullity Case, our office grants the necessary dispensations or permissions for marriage in the Catholic Church. The priest or deacon who is assisting you with marriage preparation will help you complete all the necessary forms for a valid Church wedding. These forms are also available on this website.
For more information on the types of annulments, watch the video below.
After presenting Marriage Nullity Case to the Tribunal, you will receive an affirmative or negative outcome.
For more information on the types of outcomes and what they mean, watch the video below.
If your advocate isn’t available to answer some of your questions, please feel free to call our office at 850-435-3549 during our normal office hours (8 a.m. until 4 p.m. CT). We look forward to serving you!
