Sacramental Record Keeping in Our Diocese

I, William A. Wack, CSC, Bishop of the Diocese of Pensacola-Tallahassee after consultation with the Vicar General and Tribunal, as well as, with many other ministry leaders and staff throughout the Diocese, promulgate and establish Norms for the recording and keeping of Sacramental Records that are to be implemented in all parishes by Ash Wednesday, March 5, 2025.

To better assist parishes across the diocese in their pastoral care of the faithful, Bishop Wack offers a new, comprehensive handbook of sacramental record keeping for pastors and all who assist them in the vital task of recording sacramental information in a timely, accurate and consistent manner.
