Bishop Emeritus Victor Galeone dies at 88

Bishop Emeritus Victor Galeone, ninth bishop of the Diocese of St. Augustine, died May 29, 2023, in St. Martin Home for the aged in Baltimore. He was 88. Bishop Galeone was installed as the bishop of the Diocese of St. Augustine on August 21, 2001. He retired as bishop in 2011. Read more in the press release from the Diocese of St. Augustine HERE.
