The mission of the Office of Human Resources, as part of the Secretariat for Governance and Finance, is to provide assistance to the employees and pastors of the parishes, missions and schools with staffing and employment issues that may arise. Our office also provides them with the guidance and knowledge of the employment and payroll laws set by the Department of Labor and State so that they can remain in compliance.
